About Me
I am a PhD candidate in Computational Biophysics at the Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw. My research focuses on molecular dynamics simulations of intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), using a range of computational tools and coarse-grained modeling techniques to explore protein-membrane interactions and aggregation mechanisms.
